#1: Clear your cookies
#2: Open the HTML file with the videos

IF they still don’t play

#3: Update your flash player
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If they still don’t play

#4: Try playing in IE if you’re using FireFox or vice versa

If they still don’t play

#5: Download this FLV player
http://www.wimpyplayer.com/products/wimpy_standalone_flv_player.html

Drag/drop the video file (swf) over the Wimpy FLV player icon. That should
get them to play

Hi Jonny

I have bought your Siphon system but are struggling to watch the video’s. It keeps on saying I must download the newest version of Media Flashplayer which I already have. I don’t know If this is a suitable question on this block. I don’t know if I must reload the material or not. Maybe I’m just to dum. I’m running Windows Home edition with Firefox browser. Please help

Sorry about that! I’m in the process of moving all my sites to a new server. They’ve been having some issues as of late.
